Sorry I tried finding it again, it was on a site called trt-train, I tried for awhile but couldn’t find it again, I don’t remember exactly what I typed to find it.

I recently got a fit bit, and I know that they aren’t perfect in calories but they are pretty close, within 10% depending on the model. I’ve found out that I’m burning WAY more calories per day than I thought. I work 40-50 hours a week, and walk all day, never sitting down. I take between 12k-15k steps alone at work. All the calorie tracking apps I’ve used, I never enter excercise, and I used the sedentary lifestyle setting. Turns out I’ve been eating so far under the calorie defecit I would need to lose 2 pounds a week. What happens is I try and lose weight, and I’ll eat like 1800 calories a day, and not account for all the walking and moving I do. At the end of the day, I’ve output 4k+ calories and only taken in 1800. After a few days of this I’m starving and feel like shit, and end up binge eating due to huge sugar cravings and just being hungry. I’m posting this here because I know physical fitness is important on TRT protocol so I thought I’d post it. May be helpful for anyone else trying to lose weight. It’s not as simple as “eat this many calories to lose weight”. Now I’m counting my calorie defecit, going for 1k defecit per day, and it’s working a bit better.

Welp, I’ve learned some valuable information. I probably crashed my E2. Was taking an AI from March 11th to about April 8th, got alot of side effects and quit. My symptoms afterwards were in line with low E2 symptoms. It takes 4-8 weeks for the average guy to replenish e2 levels so any protocol since then would have not shown any benefit. Including the deca and test mix. So taking that into consideration, and going off these facts: 100mg a week was not enough, 150mg a week was too much, and when I tried 125mg a week, I started anastrazole along with that protocol, so that entire 125mg protocol is pretty much useless, since I wouldn’t have seen any benefits. As of yesterday, I’m doing 112mg a week, split into daily subq injections. It’s only been 4 weeks since my last estrogen blocker, and could possibly take even longer to recover. I’m probably gonna be in this protocol for at least 12 weeks, just incase it takes a full 8 weeks to recover e2 levels. So I won’t expect benefits til much later. I think I’m close, the optimal range for alot of guys is the 800 to 1100 range, and 100mg put me at 650. I’m aware FT is the more important number, but FT is a percentage of TT, so you can calculate it off those TT numbers. I’m not necessarily aiming for a number, but I do now that 650TT was too low and 1500TT was too high, so I’m starting on the low end of that, and going up. Wish me luck.

Apologies to anyone following because of the deca mix, but until my E2 is recovered I can’t give any accurate knowledge since it could be masking the benefits of anything.

How are you doing I’m low shbg too and am following along.
I also in the last month have switched to 10mg daily (have been from 100-150 per week) and have noticed a drastic change. I am feeling more manly, deeper voice, and stronger in the gym.

Only negative I’m having is the feeling of a robot, like I’m alive but don’t know why?

I’m taking 125mg a week, taken in daily injections. I’m almost 6 weeks in and I’d say I’m starting to finally notice some benefit. I didn’t really feel any different til like the beginning of the 5th week nearly, and even then I wasn’t sure. I’m a bit more certain today, energy is up a bit, libido is a bit better. Going well so far.

Estrogen is too low.

Try increasing to 12mg/day.

When estrogen is too low, you’ll feel emotionless.

You may just need more time, hard to know for sure without bloodwork. Estrogen could be too high or low. With low SHBG, you have alot of free estradiol in your body. SHBG is not only a transport protein but I’ve read studies that say it’s also meant to protect you from too much estradiol. Since your SHBG is lower you may need less estradiol.

My E has always been high that’s why I went daily. I would struggle to watch commercials without wanting to cry! Lol
I had severe depression, insomnia and bloat with high E

Other than feeling like a Robot mentality I’m actually slowly feeling like a man and a bad ass in the gym again. Music sounds different and I can get pumped up again with the right song.

Sticking this out for another 30 days then doing labs to see where I am.
I am also very snappy can get mad or react to a stupid question real fast now.
