Yes but at 5’10" and still almost 300 pounds there’s no way you’re still going to be relatively lean. You’ve made crazy awesome progress but with you having been heavy your whole life I would really advise, esp at your age, to continue to shed the fat until you’re down closer to 220 at least.

I’ll continue loosing those 70 lbs.
Currently I’m squatting 225 lbs 4 sets x 12 reps also deadlifting on a different day same sets and reps. Is that OK at my age? It’s super fun and hard just don’t want to over do it. Thanks again

Ok so there we go too. You’re squatting 225 x 4 sets of 12. You still have a LOT of muscle growth left to happen so that 295 is still a lot of excess adipose tissue that needs to go. Focus on the recomp. That’s where the money is at your age and where you’ve come from. Truly, you’ve done an amazing job coming down from over 400 so keep that ball rolling my man.
