RSU:
Interesting isn’t it? If Kerry leans too far to the center to impress the moderates, he loses his liberal, Bush hater, base. If he shows his true colors and gives the liberals red meat, he loses the moderates.
Either way he loses the election, which is my very point. As I have been stating for months, this man cannot win!

Funny, because it seems to me that many people think he’s showing too little spine by being too close to the center and failing to take the strong liberal stand against Bush.[/quote]
RSU:
That’s the heart of the Kerry Connundrum – he can’t define his policies, because to appeal to the undecideds he would need to alienate his base, and to shore up his base he would need to turn off the undecideds. This is, at its core, the problem with the Anybody But Bush line of reasoning – because there’s not a strong, pro-Kerry group, he has to waffle to try to appeal to disparate voters. Over 80% of Bush voters are voting FOR Bush; over 50% of Kerry voters are voting AGAINST Bush, while only a small fraction are voting FOR Kerry. Therein lies his problem, and the problem that will likely cause his defeat.

Greater restrictions and regulations placed on businesses, which means more would leave the country.
The U.S. Supreme Court would look like the Ninth District Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

Working men and women would pay for all of the above, which means higher taxes and responsible citizens taking greater responsibility for the irresponsible
Found some more interesting things Zell Miller said , for he is saying allot about the Democratic Party of today…
"…Of Democratic values he says: “If this is a national party, sushi is our national dish. If this is a national party, surfboarding has become our national pastime.” Of John Kerry: “You can’t make a chicken swim, and you can’t make John Kerry anything but an out-of-touch ultraliberal from Taxachussetts.” National Democrats are “being cannibalized, eaten alive by the special-interest groups with their single-issue constituents who care about their own narrow agenda.”
a decade ago the Democratic Party was centrist enough for a Southern conservative like Miller. But in the Dean-Gore-Pelosi-Sharpton-Kerry era, there’s just no place for a decent man of values. As Republican National Committee Chairman Ed Gillespie, told USA Today last week, Miller’s New York role is a sign that “the Democratic Party, under this nominee, has moved very far away from the center.”
The Democratic Socialists:
The Democratic Socialists of America Political Action Committee has urged its members to work for the election of John Kerry. “Kerry was hardly the first choice of our members. Most supported Dennis Kucinich or Howard Dean in the Democratic primary elections and would be very critical of Senator Kerry’s voting record on trade issues, as well as his support for the resolution authorizing the use of force in Iraq; but the most important concern of our members now is to defeat Bush,” said Frank Llewellyn, the National Director of Democratic Socialists of America
To the Communists:
As promised, on Sunday, August 29, 2004, Communists For Kerry spearheaded the Great Revolutionary Parade, leading thousands of unwashed workers, peasants, and toiling intelligentsia from many towns and villages of our great American Motherland, along the Seventh Ave. and past the Madison Square Garden, in celebration of our victory over the so-called “democratic process” that still exists in the bourgeois “republic” of America.
We demanded one-party rule - and the masses showed their resolute support! We demanded to arrest the delegates of the Republican Convention - and the masses unanimously agreed! We demanded the unconditional redistribution of rich Republican widows - and the masses said “when?”
Anarchists Support Kerry
ATHENS, Ohio - A group of anarchists is taking an unusual step to make its political voice heard ? going to the polls.
Anarchists generally pride themselves on their rejection of government and its authority. But a faction of them fed up with the war in Iraq say they plan to cast anti-Bush votes this fall.
