Kerry Is In Trouble!

Bump…oh ZEBster?

On the matter of using Brutal Force, I would like to agree. If the war on Terror in Iraq/Afghanistan or any war
for that matter is about Ideology, History: ie (Something Your Great Grand Daddy Did to My Great Grand Daddy), Resources : ie Oil, or just about any other reason, you can NOT just disregard the option of using absolutely, disproportinately brutal force.

After all, remember the American Indians? The natives of Iraq can’t be that different.

RSU:

Yes, some show him gaining, some show him losing…I’m sure that Ms. Kerry’s comment could not have helped much …

I guess the point is, that as before, your latest “FINAL WORD” on why Kerry can’t win has been debunked…what will your new direction be?

RSU:

Debunked? NOt true! Some polls show him behind by 2pts some 3pts (with women). Kerry is currently behind in that important group, and I feel he will stay behind. Shall we see on election day? I “bet” I’m Right!

Which polls are these?

BTW, yesterday’s Gallup had Kerry 49% and Bush 46%…

RSU:

I know that you are smart enough to take an average of all the major polls. If you did this then you would see that President Bush is ahead of John Kerry by about 5pts.

I am hoping the Mrs. Kerry continues to be outspoken

As usual, no citations…do you read, ZEB, or just make shit up?!

RSU:

Do you read the newspapers and watch the latest news programs? Sometimes you post as if you do, other times it appears that you simply swallow the pabulum that your liberal professors feed you, turn out the light and go night night…

If you were to watch each of the major polls you could easily take an average of those polls and come up with the figure above.

You are a bright boy…go do the math

Why would you take an average of ALL the polls if they are constantly changing? Does this then make sense to go back to polls taken 3 months ago and add those in? Beyond that, I don’t remember ever being asked my opinion on any poll that is represented on any major news network. That didn’t change the fact that I voted about a week ago. My understanding is that the polls are to show CURRENT changes in position. That makes adding all of them up and taking an average ridiculous.

man you cats are way into it !
my two cents is a little less scientific:
if you polled all the chicks i know-and i’ve poled alot of chicks, you’d find that alot of them like bush, but none of them like the president. i’ve asked and they all say the same thing. not so much directly but in that round about chick speak which i’ve interpreted to mean that they think is bush is truly a pussy who can’t back up his macho poser bullshit. the fact we don’t have bin laden yet. the way he whines and makes excuses. they way he wears that cowboy hat but didn’t play any sports and instead was fricken cheerleader. that’s what the chicks are picking up on -he 's a poser. and a pussy. how about his crap service in the texas air national guard ? yeah i know kerry’s no stud but he’s not trying to act like one either. i met kerry three years ago at a fundraising dinner at a restaurant where i was bussing tables. he was there for three hours and met everyone and gave a speech. i thought he was a stuck up asshole and i still do. but at least i know who he is. and that he showed up for the war. i voted for bush the first time but not now. he can’t back it up. no way i’m voting twice for a male cheerleader.

Prof:

It is a common pracice. You simply take the latest polls performed by the various credible pollsters: Rasmusen, Zogby, Gallup and many others. You then average (as they oftern conflict) them to get a number.

No on stated that you take old polls and average them…Do you understand?

I do understand. I understand that regardless of what Bush says or does, and regardless of any polls that show him behind, Bush supporters will excuse anything that casts the slightest shadow on who they plan to vote for. I think the reality of the situation is that this is going to be one hell of a close race for the presidency. I think it would be completely juvenile for anyone to think that the poll numbers mean much of anything in a race this tight. It seems FOX news only posts polls in order to sway public opinion. I have watched their morning show where they will completely overlook any leads in favor of Kerry and act as if it is a fluke. That makes going around and averaging polls a useless practice in a vain attempt to make Kerry seem as if he has no chance at the presidency. The truth of the matter is, a poll does not represent absolute truth. Like I posted, I have never been asked for my opinion on any poll. No one that I know has either…so how could the poll represent the truth if I have already voted and no one asked my opinion? Bottom line, the polls mean little unless there is a large lead by one party. There isn’t. Let it go. You can average day and night and it will mean jack s’hit on election day.

CNN posted the average of many polls today, and they had Bush up 2%. However, someone made a great point – this has become less of a national election and more of a state by state election. It will come down to the states everyone’s been talking about and the states the candidates have been frequenting: Ohio (Kerry up), Pennsylvania (Kerry up), and Florida (tie).

I’m off to a Kerry rally in Boca to break the tie!

(BTW, ZEB, Kerry’s up over Bush among women: 51% to 43%)

I went to a gun show in Pennsylvania today. Bush is favored I would say 100% by Gun Owners and Hunters.

I heard a funny discussion. An NRA rep. was handing out literature at the door for Bush/Cheyney. A guy said to him " No thanks, at least our guy had the guts to put the uniform on". I reminded him that Bush was in the Air National Guard. The guy said to me, with a straight face, “yeah like that counts”. I told him yes it does, and pointed out to him that we were in a
NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY" and maybe he should say that a little louder. He said he “didn’t come here to discuss politics”. Geez could have fooled me.

Professor:

Take a deep breath, relax…

RSU:

You are partly correct, as of today Bush is up 2% if you average all of the polls.

You are incorrect regarding the female vote.

Have fun at the rally!

Isn’t a ‘Kerry rally’ a bit of an oxymoron?

Sigh, people actually think hiding in the air national guard was something to be proud of? Hahahahaha. That’s too funny.

Bush has released far more documentation on his National Guard service than Kerry has about his service. What kind of discharge did Kerry receive? When did he receive it? No one knows for sure because Kerry won’t release his personnel records.

Bush admitted that his service was less honorable than Kerry’s.

You make no sense, vroom - or are you trying to be dry and sarcastic again?
