Still feeling pretty tight from the 30 hours of driving.
Got to gym, stretched, rolled, warm ups then:
DE squats, box, 445 + average bands 6 x 2, 45 seconds rest between sets.
should have gone a little heavier
one legged leg press 4 x 10-15. left quad is having issues again with firing
ghr 5 x 10
hanging abs 5 x 12
rev hyper 5 x 8
dumbell shrugs 5 x 15
band pull throughs strong band 4 x some
prowler 90lb x 40yds x 6
long effen day, early cardio, long day of meetings, then training.
Question, when you do your DE work, do you wear briefs or do them raw?
good training, and on the first day back. it could be worse. there could be no training. that would suck

Right now I am wearing what I call my Granny Panties, a pair of briefs that are about 4 sizes too big (they were big on me when I was 308) to protect my hips a little bit. Speed work off the box can trash the hips something fierce. Any carryover from these briefs is pretty minimal.
