Keep the damn kids off the lawn

early morning meeting, up with baby in middle of night so moved cardio to after work

30 minutes elliptical, followed by mowing of the lawn

Bonus fun - drag the prowler while mowing the lawn.

My coach says this. But doesn’t do declines because he can’t get outta the bench! I’m thinking I should add some declines/inclines. Anything to help my bench.

elliptical plus mowing of lawn proved too much in one shot for gimpy leg. irritated and swollen all day, but still better than last week

what the fug, might as well go squat

box, green bands (140-150lbs tension?) 415 bar weight 8 x 2

form felt better and better. liking the DE work, been a long time since I stuck to it for squatting. will need to work up to something heavier in the next two weeks, pending how leg feels

ghr 5 x 10

hanging abs 5 x 15

band leg curl, green band 5 x 15

band leg curls did all sorts of beautiful things for making leg feel better, hard to describe. might have to do these at home as rehab/prehab for awhile.

30 minutes stepper
rehab/prehab:
leg curl 4 x 20
good girl 3 x 20
bad girl 3 x 20
pull throughs 4 x 20
calve raise 4 x 20

How did you fit on a stepper?

good work on the accessory day.
bands and tubing are stolen from the rehab world.

I beg to differ on the bands, they were invented by WESTSIDE MOTHERFUCKER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> psuedo gang signs thrown up…

sticker shock on weigh in today, was up about 5 lbs. Multiple factors including some medications and supplementation, cutting cardio basically in half for 3 weeks, etc. Nothing horrible but have to knuckle down on the calorie intake if the burn rate is gonna be lower.

Apologies for hijacking:

I like it because Ive been able to hold heavy barbell weight in my hands and press it with little to no serious strain on my shoulder.

Plan B Benching (couldn’t make it to BB club in a.m.)

135 x 10, 225 x 5, 315 x 3, 365 x 3, 405 x 1, 425 x 1, 2 board 455 x 2, 475 x 2 (PR) full range 365 x 8, PR

hammer strength low row 6 x 10-15

hammer strength behind neck press 5 x 12

preacher curls 6 x 12
over head tri extension 6 x 15

pissed I didn’t get time in the shirt, but other priorities took over

allergies also hitting me hard to. I am done living in denial about having allergies. Claritin a day from here on out.

hay pete, looking large. looks like plan b bench went pretty darned good

30 minutes elliptical
rehab/prehab:
band leg curls 3 x 15
band pull aparts 3 x 15
ab wheel 3 x 15
band pull throughs 3 x 10
foam roll, stretch

raw conventional 135 x 5, 225 x 5, 315 x 3, 405 x 2 add newly modified suit 495 x 2, 585 x 2, 645 x 2, 675 x 1

suit is much more awesome now, can adjust straps so I can get hands firmly around bar and still get appropriate pop.

had hug nose blow outs at 585, 645 and 675. great volume and trajectory

rack pull 1 pin agains quaded minis 315/405/495/545 x 3

leg press 4 x 20
dbell shrugs 3 x 15
leg curls 3 x 10
reverse hyper 3 x 10
4way neck 2 x 15
cable abs 4 x some

Curious, is your suit single or multi ply?

Currently looking around for a good deadlifting suit.

Nice pulling
fast snots equals good work

blow outs were blood, not snots. right now thanks to my sinus rinse i have an almost perma nose bleed.

Dixie, mine is the Metal Pro Deadlifter. mostly single ply, but double in some spots. Modified with straps it is awesome. Otherwise I would go with their King. So far no real carryover, but that will be coming:)

Nice. I will see what Metal has got in single ply.

Benched full ROM today with monster minis reversed, shoulder felt great. Give it a few more weeks and I can pick up where I left off with your plan again.
