In the industry he’s in that doesn’t bode well for longevity. Also, with the exception of Nas, Jay-Z and Carey all of those people have been around for DECADES, plural. I think with the industry she’s in and the quality of her product [again I’m not a fan, but she writes her own stuff and plays her own instrument, not raps about her watch and kinda rhymes about Jennifer Lopez’s ass] she 100% has the potential to outlast West by a mile. Maybe when it’s all said and done she’ll be kind enough to let Kanye be the groundskeeper at one of her many mansions.

Also, not all of Kanye’s songs are club anthems. “Jesus Walks” wasn’t bumping when I hit the clubs. He had one song on his earlier songs dedicated to his Mom that I personally loved. Hell, I played it for my mom and she loved it. And she dislikes hip hop music.

Going beyond 4 years in the music industry is an accomplishment. Everyone I’ve mentioned are Icons and manage to stay relevant even if they don’t release an album yearly.
