KSman, Purechance, and all the rest that have helped.
My HcG, and AI are getting filled. Thanks to the stickies and my doc having an open mind I will now be on the correct protocol.
I really want to thank the two mentioned above for their support and patience. You’ve educated not one but two people in my case, and who knows how many patients of his will benefit.
Again…thanks for everything
(sorry for the impatience on my part when I first joined…didn’t mean any disrepect)
orange - we are all in the same boat( more or less) facing similar problems and a slew of bad or misguided doctors.
I am just glad that God can use what I have been through (and am still going through) to possibly hopefully help others.
Let us know how things go for you and keep us updated. It’s good to hear what works for others and what doesn’t since we are all unique in how we respond to various treatment options.
There is still a possible long road ahead. Just take it slow, week by week. No drastic changes. Everything in moderation.
Also, I can’t remember… did you ever get your Thyroid and Cortisol checked out, or Vitamin D, ferritin, etc.? It seems that many men with T issues also seem to have a higher chance of having Thyroid or Cortisol issues as well (along with other imbalances).
I’m happier just knowing that something is being done. That in it self is a huge stress relief.
My TSH was 1.29 .36-3.74(2/10)
.53 .37-4.00(8/10)
I understand the lower number to be better
My Vit D has been around 53(18-64). Since I fractured my Thoracic spine 2 yrs ago, I have been on Vit D, so it should be good.
My doc still hasn’t drawn the other labs I need or should have. He prescribed the protocol solely based on stickies and some other documents I faxed over related to our issue…not sure if that’s good or bad, if you know what I mean. I’m not going to argue however
