Just Started 100mg Cyp - Need Guidance and Reassurance

Man I am having the same issues. No bumps or rash. Happens every time my body gets warm/anxious and before I try to train. Have you figured it out yet? I’m on 100mg/week of cyp.

Inject daily. One shot a week is spiking and then it’s dropping before the next injection . You are also on a very low dose and probably need to raise your dose. So even if your daily it might not be enough enough.

Your symptoms are probably from an insufficient amount of hormones through out the week answer the day of injection you might be having issues as well. Or let’s call it an instability.

You want a free t range if 20+. 25-30 works well for most.

Also the first weeks and months expect sides because your body isn’t adapting and opening up to the use ans finding the ability to put these hormones to work.

For the first few months I had water retention, itchy nipples, itchy scalp and back. It all disappeared and I felt better than ever.

If fatigue and other issues don’t dissapate once you reach 20+ (and stay there for 2-3 months) definitely five thyroid a trial run. Especially the chrnonic fatigue that occurs upon wake up and never goes away no matter what.

This is weird. I went from 190lbs 13% bf down to 180lbs 12.5% but I have 10lbs more Skeltol muscle mass at 90 up from 80 something.

I’m guessing water weight and less fat.

Throwing an update up.

I’m doing great. After 6 months of using cream and being on thyroid I feel fantastic. Most of my depressions and fatigue is gone. I’m on 3 clicks am and Pm. I take 2 grains am and 1 pm.

Workout 2-5 days a week when riding the bike in between.

Eating 1-2 Meals a day and don’t feel hungry. I’m losing fat like crazy ever since I switched back to dessicatdd thyroid. My six pack is almost showing as well. Working hard
On getting rid of my love handle fat… that’s diet and will take time. But that’s the goal.

Oh and I was not on HCG for a long time. I decide to give it a try because why not. Folks keep saying it improves libido and feeling of well being. I think it’s jsut a higher free t for those that use HCG. When they stop they don’t incrsss dose. Regardless j might be wrong. My sensitivity has gotten better , but the boys are still the same size. They feel like blue balls though. I swear they look blue as F.

Usually any session in bed lasts about half an hour. The last few times on HCG it’s like 10 mins… can’t deny that, but I’m going to go off and back on a couple times jsut to see if it’s real or placebo.

I honestly think it’s estrogen that’s increasing with HCG and this is why I’m improving in sensitivity. Yah contrary to popular bro science belief high estrogen is good for sexual health per all the studies and estrogen material on the internet .

Ok in January i was 20ish % BF, Then 18 to 14 and then in aug 12 and now I’m at 9ish. I also Hovered around 185 until last week and now I’m 180ish the last few times I checked.

What’s changed is I have started lifting much harder and going to failure more often with a lifting buddy. Super sets and more reps. Pain. My Arms have grown a ton and I’m just much stronger. In 6 weeks I went from not benching in 6 years to 195ish x 1 after a hard super set. DB I’m much more comfortable with and 90lb x 4 is easy.

TRT has made me damn strong. I think thyroid meds have helped me lean out even faster than most and all of this is without a set plan and I don’t keep a strict diet or focus on calories like my buddy @jpt365 yet I am going to take his guidance in the coming days as I will probably start hitting a plateau. I also currently continue to grow past where I was last time I lifted 7-8 years ago. I am sure I’ll hit a plateau and will need some guidance in months to come.

Last week.

2 months ago I started eating more and it has helped a ton. As of last week I am at 9.5% body fat (it’s relative maybe 11 but definitely lower than before). I’m also low at 181lbs with clothes and etc…I’m sure if I shaved and got all metro I’d be even more defined. Not doing it until I hit mr allday status.

That’s 10% body fat loss on trt and armor thyroid in 7-8 months.

In regards to TRT I want to post the following for the men out there who are curious as to what I have experienced across year 1 of trt.

  1. My blood pressure and heart rate are perfect and stabilized about 4-5 months into trt.

  2. I had water retention and that left at the same time. Blew up to 195lbs in the firsr quarter of this year and then dropped ten lbs almost over night along with drop in BP and etc.

  3. My libido is great. I don’t control estrogen and I have zero symptoms. I bet it’s much higher than 40. I just let the body create what it needs. When I take Theanine and ashwadanga orgasms suck ass. Be careful with this shit. Not sure which is doing it. HCG helps with sensitivity . Why? Because I believe estrogen is localized and I need HCG to promote Aromatization in the penis area. This thought occurred to me after reading a couple studies posted by a doc in our group. It works. I have tried it about 10 times and it works like clock work every time. What doesn’t work is an increase in dose. I believe cream just doesn’t aromatize enough. All you dudes that don’t have sensitivity try HCG (100-150iu every 3/4 days) or stop keeping your estrogen at low levels. I bet this will make you very happy if and when it works .

  4. 3 clicks am and 3 pm feels great. I tried 2 and there was a difference, but nothing major. My libido didn’t tank or anything and curious why others see this on scrotal cream and injections. @bkb333 bro I don’t know why. Maybe it’s injections have a longer half life and your dose change was huge? My free t is up in the low 30s with 3 clicks and mid 20s with 2.

  5. It seems every 3-4 months I reach another level of feeling great. This seems to be relative to my fitness. The more muscle I put on and the more fat I lose the better I feel.

Let me say that trt worked very fast for me once I started dessicated thyroid meds. Within a month I started feeling the benefits of trt. Until then nothing worked. For all you guys on trt for months I highly suggest trying it.

For sleep I started Theanine, magnesium
Glycinate, and increased my melatonin to 6mg, the first two have helped tremendously and I actually sleep through the night now. Where before i was constantly waking up. Let me rephrase this. I actually do wake up here and there, but not as often. I also fell asleep much quicker now.

Anyways that all. Don’t screw with your e2 levels or keep them below 30 and you’ll be one of those guys that never complains of symptoms.

For the love of bro science. Isn’t it funny how I’m getting so lean and not retaining water with an estrogen level above the range? Just goes to show how much false info is out there.

That’s awesome progress @enackers! Glad to see that you have fallen into your groove brother, and that things are “working out”! (No pun intended lol…well…maybe a little!)

This is a good example of what is possible with patience in giving a protocol enough time to make a wise decision, throwing away the old ideas of starving yourself to lose weight and eating enough clean calories to let your body do what it does, and busting your ass in the gym. This is the trifecta of how it’s done guys. The three legged stool in action.

Based on my previous beliefs I always thought estrogen and sodium intake dictated water retention. Not only did I believe that but I never for one second thought that I even had water retention. I was 100% wrong. For every one gram of Carbohydrate that you consume your body will retain 3 grams of water. On this new diet and restricting carbs to below 20 grams per day I have lost tons of water weight. My wedding ring barely fits anymore. I used to have problems getting it off my finger. If you want to control water weight you can do so via carb restriction and back fill the calories with healthy fats. Mct oil. Avocados. Eggs. Ect

I put 1 tablespoon in my coffee each morning and I make fat bombs with coconut oil as well

Nice. So you are on a low carb , but not a totally zero carb diet like the keto and etc. where did you get this guidance.

Right on. It sure is the 101 of getting fit. Just stay consistent and one day you look in the mirror and the change is clear. It keeps you going.

My doc put me on low carb and I adopted keto for structure. Keto is not zero carb. They recommend staying under 20 grams of carbs daily but based on my stats they allow up to 40 grams per day. Mostly comes from cruciferous vegetables… Broccoli, brussel sprouts and asparagus

This diet has been more powerful for me than a cycle of anavar was. The right is 4 months of trt. The left is 6 weeks of keto
