Just finished Test Cyp & HCG cycle

what’s up fellas. I just blasted 500mg of test cyp a week, & 250iu of Hcg twice a week. This was a bulk phase and I gained about 20 pounds mostly muscle over the 3-4 month period. (5’11 195 pounds)

My question is what do I do now? I plan on taking another cycle come may, so in about 4 months. This is enough time for me to completely recover with a proper pct (Enclomiphene, probably take Hcg for a2 weeks after last test pin also) or do I just cruise it out until then? Running like 200 mg of test or less depending on what you guys say.if I cruise do I continue to take Hcg? I noticed when I first started my cycle my nuts were hurting and had super low sperm count and low libido. I started the Hcg and that solved that instantly. Did get some back acne from the Hcg. I don’t want to lose all my gains from my bulk. But am scared to stay on test for such a long extended period of time. Bc I do want to remain fertile. But ik that Hcg and test both aromatize. I do not want gyno. I do have some arimidex on stand by incase.

I would just love to hear anyone’s opinions or similar experiences with what I’m discussing here.the main question is do I pct or do I just cruise if I want to take another cycle in 4 months and don’t want to lose all the gains I just made. But I do cruise how do I make sure I don’t damage myself and cause really unwanted side effects.

You give us no info about you so your questions are tough to answer without context. If your 39 that would be a lot different than if you are 29.
The info you did share about your current weight tells me you did not have a good base to start with so the new muscle will be harder to hold on to during PCT.

The longer you are on(shut down) the harder it will be to recover back to your pre cycle levels.

This is hard to say. You should be recovered by then but then you are just shutting yourself down again.

I’m 24 years old. I was 200 pounds around this time last year after bulking. I then did a cut and got all the way down to about 173. I’d say I had a pretty good base at 173. Benching 315 pounds super lean with abs. That was also the lightest I had been since highschool. The 175 - 180 range is where I’d probably like to maintain once I cut down. Also just had my 4th knee surgery so the lighter I am the better my knee tends to feel.

Honestly you should not be using gear. Your not even done developing yet. You may be wrecking your hormone profile for he rest of your life. You can easily build a solid baser over the next 10 years and then consider using drugs. As I said above, being 173lbs at 5’11" is telling me you don’t have much muscle on your frame. You could easily put on 15-20lbs over the next few years natty.

PCT-Your gonna have a hard time holding onto new muscle but it’s best for your age.

Staying on- Your messing with your development. You chances of returning to current levels once you come of dimmish the longer you use test. Fertility will be more compromised.
