i heard some people just need to take trt in the form of gel or clomid to just start and awaken there pituitary gland than they go off trt is this true? also show i cycle trt im on to avoid losing fertility or is there something i should be taking to avoid reproductive failure? last question i imagine my estrogen levels will rie should i take something to avoid to high of estrogen?
I have no need to avoid high estrogen, it’s high and that okay. Maybe that’s the case for you as well.
Your approach is a bit backwards, tons of guys stop TRT after several years and hop on clomid to get fertile again, then hop back on TRT and enjoy life.
It’s not like you’ll lose fertility permanently for staying on TRT.
Technically, yeah. Long term SERM use rarely has benefits, but I have read a few success stories. Gels, injections, creams are all actual TRT and work very well. Fertility will be a concern while on those tho. E2 is individual and you’ll need to do some experimenting to see if you need to control it or not
