I like your new program, although I think you should add some more time skill training for lax. Once a week isn’t going to cut it.

Bird- every day i will be doing stick work for 20-30 minutes. On Wednesday i have an actual lacrosse practice. You are right though. I am trying to find an attackmen to do 1 v 1 with me a couple times a week.

CS- ill trade you my waist for your entire body. My goal originally was to get to a 33 inch waist. I am not to so concerned with weight loss anymore. Main goal is getting stronger, getting faster, looking good. In that order. It was foolish of me to spend so much time with “cutting” when i am really training to improve my athletic ability. Could of just ran more sprints. O well, live and learn i guess.
