Hey sorry I hadn’t been by here. Did you get any info from Chris Clark? Another couple people over there who would probably be willing to review a video or give their opinions are Brian Schwab, Jo Jordan, and Jason Pegg.
Any luck with any tweaks yet? I understand the frustration - a lot has changed in my squat groove over the last year, but I feel like if you stick with it and keep striving to improve form, sooner or later you WILL have a breakthrough workout where it starts to click and you’ll really start to make serious progress. Seems like all three major lifts are like that to some degree… people just have to keep trying to improve and eventually, it just clicks and they take off.

No prob… I haven’t been by here in over a week either… I haven’t sent it in yet… but I have been trying to work on my form big-time… I picked up Mark Rippitoe’s dvd… was cheap, and while not teaching specifically PL squat technique, his cues and tips are very helpfull. I have actually worked out the last week or so and will get them in…
