So is India. And, last time I checked you were white, not a lot of white guys coming from Jordan.

i’m white, i’m arab, and i’m a muslim.

Jordan is also a member of the Arab League(India is not ;-))

Some Arabs actually have white skin, blond hair and blue eyes, that’s why some Arabs are classified as Caucasian.

It is.
So is Egypt, and I believe, Morocco. Lebanon too.
People that consider themselves ‘Arab’ have quite a range of genetic background. I grew up in Bahrain and can tell you ladies from that specific region (Persian Gulf) don’t usually look like that, sans tattoos of course.

That said, yes, Jordanians and Lebanese girls are HOT (Israelis too. Egypt is hit and miss). If I were to venture a guess, I’d say 80% of the girls I knew from there were smokin.

Nope, India is not an Arab country.

‘ARAB’ = an identity, moreso than a race (it is a collection of races). It includes much more than the people located around the Arabian Gulf.

‘Indian’ = strictly a nationality, though one that incidentally also covers a wide range of races and cultures (Tamils, Malyali, Sindi, Punjabi, etc.)

Didn’t mean India is an Arab country, meant it is an English country, but the people aren’t English. Got it?

Ah my apologies, misread, I’m half functioning in the morning without all that coffee.

Ok let’s see… If you’re talking Indians that live in India, no. They don’t live in an English culture at all. They speak English, but predominantly speak Hindi, Malyali or Tamil. Those that live outside India who don’t end up picking up the the language of their parents, still keep a lot of the culture alive (holidays, marriage tradition, you know).

Either way, it isn’t about language. It’s about what you identify yourself as. People in Jordan identify themselves as Arabs.

This statement is accurate. Spent the first 16 years of my life in Bahrain. Most of my Egyptian friends had strong European lineage, as did the Jordanians and Lebanese.

All people from the middle east are considered caucasian… no perks for us. We’re white and still discriminated against :P.

I’m iranian but its the same concept. Moms white and dads almost black… I fell in the middle.

sidenote… call an iranian person arab and you’ll probably get punched in the face.

And this is what I was told by my then girlfriend. So, I don’t consider people from Jordan…Arabs.

You can and should cos they actually consider themselves Arabs.

Iranians? Fuck no. We got us our own race. I have yet to punch anyone for calling me Arab, seeing how that would be everyone down here, but I’m coming close, heh.
