Jon Stewart Exposes Fox Fabrication

Hannity said it was an “inadvertent mistake.” If you have proof to the contrary, please present it here. I’m sick of liberals telling me what was going through my head when I made a decision. According to them, I can’t vote against Obama without being a racist. Why can’t I just not like the guy? Why can’t Hannity just make an honest mistake?
I don’t know what an “inadvertent mistake” is. Is this different than a purposeful mistake? Obviously, I was not in those production meetings, but someone made the decision to present one video instead of the other. I do not have the evidence you seek.

I have no clue about what goes on inside your head and I never said you were a racist because you voted against Obama. You can just not like the guy. I doubt anyone has ever called you a racist for not liking (or voting for) Obama. If it did happen, you should share that story with us.

Hannity can make honest mistakes- I just doubt this was one of them… Just my liberal opinion.

In Hannity’s case I don’t think I believe this was an accident either. It may have been, but I doubt it. The only reason I care at all about this is because he is seen as one of the top 5 conservative voices in this nation and it damages the rest of us. He did apologize, but it’s still a shame. I would hope for more from somebody claiming to be on my side.

Fox News lying, no way!!

/sarcasm off

Instead of arguing which particular news team is lying the LEAST, shouldn’t we be wondering why we’re being lied to? why it’s being tolerated? why we’re indefferent to it?

When we argue for a particular side; the Iraq war, the health care - virtually anything - Is it safe to say we have no idea what we are talking about, since we get ALL of our news from biased sources.

Who knows the truth and who is manipulating the truth?

Who wants to take a stab at it?

We are being lied to because the media doesnt serve the people, it serves the establishment/administration. If the administration wants docile sheep, the media delivers.

Why is it being tolerated? Because people are looking at the lies and having a hard time wondering why they should give a shit.

Where was John Stewart when Katie Couric and John Gibson were gleefully editing their interviews with Palin? Were his interns too busy watching Fox News to catch that?

Everything is a ruse. I cannot for one second sit here and believe that there is some good intentioned conservatives out there who put hannity on TV (Murdock?) and think he is doing a good job for the consrvative cause. He is arrogant, rude, stupid, etc… I get sick watching him becasue of how bad he makes conservatives look. I mean This is the type of guy who keeps liberals from focusing on the bad on thier end of the stick.

All that being said, he is there for a reason, his job is to do this, it’s not to represent conservatism with passion, fairness and integrity. They could have someone do that, but then the ruse would start to crumble. The liberals could do this also, but then they might find out there are WAY more similarities than differences and NONE of our elected leaders are doing anything about all the stuff we agree on, they are only fighting viciously back and forth on the 5% we disagree on thus distracting us from their real agenda, the shit that gets snuck into 2000 page bills which no one on earth can possibly have the time to read, let alone understand.

The wool has been pulled over our eyes for a long time, and those of you who still debate this back and forth are only struggling more ferociously against the trap as it digs deeper and deeper into your skin. But whatever, it is more fun to argue than to actually fix anything and overthrow our oppressors.

Again-- and so soon after the the other one.

Have you seen the entire interview transcripts?

That was a willful, malicious hatchet job if there ever was one.
John Stewart actually commented on his show a few days back on how much of a hatchet job that interview was.

Ah yes, excellent timing. A year after the election is a perfect time to blow that whistle.

That’s OK, Fox will feel free to use the footage at any point and claim it was the previous day.

Wow! I never saw that before. But Hannity running the wrong stock footage is all over the press? This shit is fucking unreal.

FOX didn’t use the footage as news. When you’re all big it may sink in that there is a difference.

Oh so anything on the Fox News channel that isn’t actually part of the news section is fiction?

It’s easy to see how ABC went out of their way to make Palin look bad. So obvious. So deliberate.
It blows me away that you NEVER hear about this shit.

Unbelievable… really. No, it means it isn’t news and Fox doesn’t present it as such.
