I am two weeks in with
1-15 Test E - 250mg E3.5D
1-4 Tbol - 60mg ED
1-15 Adex - 0.5mg E3.5D
and I started feeling joint pain in my shoulders and a somewhat kick to shoulder blades. Also my lower back after about 30 min in on either leg or back day hurts like a bitch and overall my whole body is quite stiff especially my whole back is under a lot of stress which is a bit annoying through out the day. I used to have this LBP before but that was due to improper technique or movement which later I fixed and got rid of. Now that the load is higher, it came back. Is that what Back Pumps are ? Any way around it ? Would a deep tissue massage once a week make a difference ?
As for joint pain in my shoulders, should I take a supplement ? Some recommendations would help.
I also train 6 days a week, meaning I hit everything twice a week. Is it too much of a load to start with considering I am progressing in weight every week ? To be honest I didnāt think I would grow at such a fast rate, Iām quite impressed with my gains even on Tbol.
Iāve had left shoulder pain that got really bad in spring but was able to calm it down with some therapy and overall adjustments in my training over the summer and had it in a pretty good shape for the past couple of months up until the last two sessions in the gym.
