Finally, day 1 proper leading in the North West Championships. Horrendous.
2 months and 3 weeks away to get to competition levels.
Based on competition performance I’m the number 1 ranked 93kg senior in the NW division this year (3rd behind a master and a Junior) but my current levels leave a lot to be desired.
215/150/240 - 605kg and British Qualification is the target. Potentially sneaking a podium place would be nice too.
