I work over 40 hours a week doing concrete and stuff so it’s been a pain managing energy and pain levels but I’lll be good for training a bunch this weekend. still sticking to 3x a week going to push overhead like the man Mr vinny.

Do you guys use a curb machine or are you a smaller company? I worked on our concrete crew for 3 months, and the labor demands were just insane. It was next to impossible to come home and train, but I made it happen. Your company only does concrete work?

Friends cousin started the comp last year he’s been doing it for 10 years, and his father and his grandpa did it as well. Good money and good hours so I can’t complain luckily theres an off season once its to cold to work so I’ll have a good break then. It is hard work but meh beats watching guadalupe’s kick a soccer ball for minimum wage aha.
I feel my abs and legs working the most and I’m wielding a sledge and shovel or pick everyday. Getting working man strong, I see it as a form of training all I gotta do is pump up shit at the gym now Or maintain strength. Good mental strength test, plus I really need to make some skrilla jlabs has big ambitions.
