Why shoulders are sore

Kinda supersetted
Bench work up to plate and 25s which I think is 175-80
1x71x51x71x8
Finally hitting good reps at this weight most done at this weight so amped on that.
Squats supposed to be around 260 today, was closer to 280
2x5, 1x7. Felt good a little stiff from hitting r last time I squatted but form was on point.
Dips front delt is tight didnt do many reps
Legextensions
worked upto 140 for 6 reppedlike 4 sets at 120 for 12s
Tricep extensions
4x12 @ 110

Arm is falling asleep. WOOOOOOOOO tingly, stranger is going to be extra satisfying when my arm comes too…

Back to the deadlift, maintenance mode
3x3@ 315 all over hand, felt good today the few weeks off of it did well
Light bbrows with a plate 3x8
Couple clean and presses
Bicep curls w Db’s 25’s 35’s for around 40 or more reps total
Wide grip pull ups superseted with deads
Leg curls work up to 120 for 8, around 5sets in total
Few sets of leg raises, a kid kicked over my water bottle while stretching and I said why the fuck did you do that for lol, such an ass I am sometimes/ but these unaware kids at the gym irritate me.

Rear delt raises as well, thinking of trying for a bench pr soon, or maybe just get reps in at higher% weights we shall see.

Some big squats going on 345, when did that start happening, I’m following too many logs nowdays, and I loose track. I didn’t realize you had your squat creeping up on me :slight_smile: Nice work

Ive been shovelling and snow blowing for 2 days straight. Snow blower propelling coil string snapped so I had to lunge push the greasy cacksucker.Shovel snow into it. Getting sauced and watching the superduper hype bowl. Facking quiff latifah shat up nd kick the darn ball!

Didnt loose to much strength but not at 100 yet.

Squat work up to 274 for four, repped a bit at 225 then 175, getting back in the grove, squats made me realize im still sick.

Since the clean press felt good i went for 170
missed first attempt, but i knew I would prevail,
got it the next attempt!!! So i shall try to strict press it sooon. That would be a bw ohp so i’m totally stoked to get it higher than that. Sore as hell a lil sick but im doing better now.

bench is feeling shittay again did 4 sets at 170 for max reppage, was a skinny bar that turned alot may be why it didnt quite feel right. Alternated close and wide grip prolly more than 4 sets.
Dips with 25, 4 x12, few muscle ups here and there.
Leg extensions and called it a day.
Going to run later on with the misses, hopefully groin and hammies are good to go.

Did a light back and shoulders day, well light back and military press day.

Clean and press
130 x1,150x1 180xfail, I can’t clean 180 so this means I need to hit front squats and work this movement frequently.wid egrip pull ups did about 3 rounds.
DB swing with 40 supersetted with widegrip pull ups.
Lateral raises and db press. Got lots of shoulder work in numbers irrelevant

DB bench 70’s 2x8
Pretty stoked for incline feeling good, the angle prior to yesterday never agreed with my shoulder.
I though it wasn’t that great of a work out but my pec was feeling strained at night so the new exercises throwing in must be doing something.
Squat rack was in use the whole time, didn’t matter anyways I walked a couple miles yesterday.
Clean and press with a plate for around 6 reps.
