First time attempted some meaningful right hand punch work since my shoulder injury. Felt very comfortable, although still holding back a little. The close quarter stuff also less demanding then punching from range, which is how I injured it in the first place.

Had to abandon this as holding the bells in the front squat position caused a slight pinch in my dodgy shoulder. Thankfully no repercussions afterwards.

C2) Swiss ball leg raise 1 x 20; 1 x 16; 1 x 11

Quick note to self:
I’ve stopped updating this for a few days now as this log is becoming pretty redundant given I haven’t actually done Krav Maga for over three months due to a shoulder issue, which is being addressed and which I will share over in the injury/rehab forum. Hopefully I can come back soon and resurrect it; it certainly has helped me in terms of detailed training records!
