I would have the gayest sex ever with him
I’d ram a jar of water up his ass and shove him in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil and seasoned with rosemary, oyster sauce, and hawaiian salt.
He’d make a good size chicken.
Interesting note: Subway’s nutritionist does not condone how Jared lost his weight and does not recommend his diet. True story. Got it from the Subway site during the height of “Jared Mania.” See my old article, “Jared is Still a Dork!” in the archives for details.
But I’m glad for anyone who beats obesity. He just did it in way that would be unhealthy for most people. Beats gastric bypass at least.

Is this really a thread? Pretty easy to sit behind a computer screen and rip on someone (who actually accomplished something) because of your own self-loathing. This thread just collectively lowered the IQ average here on T-Nation. I feel like I’m back in junior high.
Well there seems to be a trend with these lower IQ threads; look who’s starting them. This is the guy who started the “Blacks and Sweet Potatos” thread and “Who’s Going to Die First?” thread. Those are two you definitely want to peruse for some mental stimulation…Not!

But is losing the weight that way less healthy than keeping it?

Is that even a word?

Which way? Starvation or gastric bypass?
If you’re talking about the way Jared did it, go read the article I talked about above for my thoughts.

Just havin’ some fun. I just got my new computer & been having my pre-workout energy drink to late in the day. So I’ve been staying up wide eyed getting crazy here on T-mag.
No, you are pretty typical of the new people here. Wost thing that ever happened was that T-Nation attracted main stream people.
Bruce Lee was smart, work on that.
Hey you guys don’t forget that there are hundreds of thousands of obese Americans for whom just being a normal weight seems unobtainable and imagine the envy and pain they feel when they see the kind of people on t-mag with fit, muscular physiques. For these people, weight loss can be a matter of life or death, so let’s be supportive of them. Sure, Jared is no muscle-bound t-man, but he’s come a far way and his body is far healthier and he and people like him may enjoy a better and more healthful quality of life now, and he IS a great role model for countless obese Americans. Every once in a while at my gym joins an obese person or two, and wow just to pound out a few light reps or do a bit of low intensity cardio seems to get them winded, but some of them stick with it and are better off for it. Let’s be more supportive of the quieter voices…

I agree with this. It was not the healthiest way to lose weight. There are so many dangers to being obese…

By the way, hope no dopehead’s gonna say"yeah but McD’s patties are made with 100% real beef" Ya, they are, which means they contains meat (and maybe more than just meat) coming 100% from the cow. They never said their patties were 100% beef!! Even if Subway’s southwest steak and cheese comes from rat meat, at least it IS meat, not some foul cereals and god knows what mixed with meat. Rumor has it that there is more medecine in a BigMac than in your home pharmacy. Anyway, next time you drink yourself to the brink of vomiting, have a sandwich at McD. More of a cure than anything the doctor might come up with…Makes a hangover almost welcoming:)
When they say 100% beef, that means no cereal it all comdes from a cow. What they don’t say it that alot of the filler comes from the more un-appetizing parts of the cow. One of the more common “fillers” is the sphincter of the cow, which is still all “beef”. Did you want fries with that sphincter-burger?
