And PMRC
Not necessarily, otherwise we wouldn’t pay taxes to keep it.
Unfortunately taxes are part of the equation to calculate for, to the earlier point of trade-off.
Ya know I was thinking about what you were saying and what I was saying about looking at a screen.
Now that I really think about it, I get so sick and tired of working on the damn computer it literally helps me get pissed for a good workout.
Also when I’m rushed I also end up with good intense lifts because I’m in the zone, of course I need to take the time to warm up, but I’ve had work interrupt my workouts all the time. I’m not going to tell you what work I do, but I’m basically on call all the time and have to respond to emails.
I realize now that I get all pissed off, but it’s actually a good thing, because I take it out on the weights and it works.
I thrive on negative thinking and energy. But I’m taking negative energy and making it positive.
I’ve also discovered that getting interrupted has been a tool I can use for multiple sets where I’ve done a hard set, then come back an hour later, do a quick warmup and actually perform better than the previous set. I made instant gains doing this.
