Reading is good for you. You should do it before questions are asked.
Yes that is a very bad habit of mine, but how long did it take to get put together and everything?
Ok here’s one for you: this is my “home mountain”
If only you guys had hills in Iowa! Downhilling is the shit.

A number of weeks (I don’t remember the exact number) and a lot of ripping out seams and resewing them. I “stole” the basic pattern of a Frantz suit and ran with it, but there are several things I plan to do differently next time.

I used to live where there were hills and raced downhill (though it was mostly crashing for me, I had a reputation…). Google windrock mountain biking and I’m sure you’ll find something on youtube… Built a lot of trails, broke a lot of helmets, and got a lot of bruises… Basically I was very enthusiastic, but had little talent.

Fat Bar OH 1.5s 70x7, 90x7, 7, 7
Chest Supported T-Bar Rows 90x10, 10, 10
20 lb PR on fat bar floor press!
Note: I have started doing my chest supported rows with the majority of my chest hanging off the pad to add the upper back involvement to the move to its fullest. It seems to be helping my upper back strength. I guess its more of a stomach supported row.

Just a hunch, but it might have something to do with his +135 lb pullups at 220.

Yes sir I do. It is hell while doing it but glorious after! When you think your arm is going to fall off just keep on going. For me it ends with grip failure usually or the amount of cheating becomes too egregious for me to justify.

285 + AVG + monster mini x2
Not so “dynamic” deadlift.
I probably shouldn’t use this much band tension, but I wanted to try it.
