Decided to try higher band tension and less weight for the DE work today. It was a nice change, but I don’t think I’ll do it all the time.

I think I am right on the edge of starting a weight gaining phase.

3 of us will be trying to go 500 plus and I guess 2-SCOOPS will be squatting a little more (something like 705 or something lame like that). Oh yeah, and it will be all RAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! with knee wraps and belts of course (and I might use a box for depth and 2SCOOPS probably will too).

Damn dude…cant wait to see it…vids or it didnt happen and all that jazz…

500 lb squats were had by all, and 2-SCOOPS got 705!

The squat off went well. I hit 460x1, 480x1, 500x1

yea way to grind out your lifts lately, first the 545 dead and now the 500 squat. good things can happen to your lifting when you lift with other serious people, quite a change from only 315 at the rec center hahahaha.
