On a similar note, I read in the news yesterday that Britney Spears is spending close to 20K/month on dietary supplements, training, and cuisine. I don’t really see this as a good example of discipline to me. She’s being force fed and trained by Nazi’s trained to do so. What does she learn though?

I’m more proud of the guy that can barely afford his gym membership, but busting his butt to eat right and train T-Man style. The yo-yo stuff is for album gracing divas, not me.[/quote]

Why would you expect Brittany Spears to be some kind of health freak unless she had to? If it weren’t for the Mickey Mouse Club, she would be overweight, constantly pregnant and act like she just left the trailer park.

Oh, wait.

Easy on the trailer park talk.

Yeah, I know this pretty much her. The problem is when people like this are featured in magazines that say, “Learn Brittany’s tips for life-long weight loss”. Screw that! I’m not selling my kidney for her staff members, which of course the article would conveniently leave out.

Have you ever seen womens’ magazines? They are filled with this kind of shit on all sorts of “high profile” celebs and their stupid diets.

Lets avoid the topic, this isn’t E! Entertainment.

97.456% of my female clients show up to me on one of these. One was eating all her water with lemon juice in it, 2 table spoons of coconut oil (the stuff for cooking, but by the spoonful) and rice cakes. along with 2-3 starbuck/day. some of the snake oil they tell you to take in those magazines is just handicapped.

I could see that the lemon juice was doing hell on her tooth enamel. It took me 30minutes to explain what she was doing wrong and why it was suicide. then another 30minutes to preface why the anabolic diet (i call it the metabolic diet though) will be better.

You should see the looks I get when they get the list of acceptable anabolic diet foods for their break in. Good times.

My dick is bigger than Gyllenhaal.

I think the kid’s got gyno.

And he over-pronates.

Way too much body fat as well. I can’t see his abz.

A muscular imbalance like when you see someone standing and they look as if they are going to fall over, with rounded shoulders and the upper back between the shoulder blades.

I think he would be better of consulting Cressey instead of getting a bunch of interweb diagnoses.

That’s because he’s not holding a canteen for proper evaluation of a body fat %.

He’s an actor, not a bodybuilder, and you’re not much to talk, considering your physique is less impressive than his.
