Exercises are fine! but if u want litaeraly become the most jacked guy in medical school :smiley: U have give ur self to it. It means u will have to eat like some kinda animal :stuck_out_tongue: set aside alcohol and whole great things of this wonderful planet like pizza or mcdonald. Spent fortune for some suplemens or regeneration magical potions like CBD oil.
All this for quick results mate.
Im working out for over 7 years and Im not the most jacked guy in medical school Im buffed but not as those pretty boys from menshealth magazine :stuck_out_tongue: I didnt have “triangle” posture, I was rather looking like sausage xd thin back and long “fat” legs and I start i focused on sholders and now im not so thin. I will never be bigass mf but at least Im not looking like sausage anymore. Im eating shitty food, Im drinking shitty drinks and alkohole but ! not so much + im working out systematically 3 days in week.

Hey @mfisc I’m following OP’s thread I know his indian, he has been telling it earlier in the thread. His been to India earlier and posted about it.
@gsg202 is indian, I’m not sure how long he’s been reading through this log, but somewhere along the lines he thought, he might be indian like me, and asked politely.

Gsg has been on the forum for about half a year I think. Has a log, and participates in the very friendly, respectful and helpful logs.
It seems as if you on the other hand joined TN yesterday to apply to gsg’s post.
That, I think, is rude.
