It’s pretty insane though. Stan mentions a sense of euphoria after doing the re-load (50g glucose, 50g fructose, 100mg caffeine, 500mg sodium). Whilst I wouldn’t call the sense euphoric, I can literally feel the energy/carbs going through my body. I get a strange tingling down my arms and legs, along my spine and out across my back - super crazy stuff.

Definitely need to reduce my deadlift volume, I hobbled out of there like a cripple. I’ll do 8x8 Front Squats next Monday and 8x3 Deadlifts next Wednesday. Hopefully I feel alright to continue with my heavy squats and rows on Friday
Jesus Christ 8x8 on deadlifts… That’s impressive but yeah I’d be walking out of the gym like a cripple too. Once I reach a total volume past 33 Reps my hands and back are fucking pissed. Bravo on surviving 64 reps of the bastards. Every time I come visit the thread your getting stronger and stronger man. Keep up the ass kicking.
