True. I feel you , i said i wouldnt buy ben and jerrys again for being too expensive but next thing i know I’ve just ate 1100 calories of pure ice cream heaven lol.

I’ve never had a gym hiatus before so i dont know how long it will take to gain weight back, im assuming this has set me back a month or so in terms of catching up to weight/ strength levels. Maybe more.

Btw I’ve never eaten sushi, roast me :scream:

Annnd shit, another junk-food binge. I’ve really had an appalling last two weeks. Either:
A) I’ve been a slack gumby, or
B) I’ve got wayyyy too much affection for chocolate.

I’m voting A. I know for a fact if I can last 3 weeks without a cheat, 3 months becomes easy, so I’ve just got to not be a spineless mong until February 19th, hopefully I can handle my Birthday Cake (Feb 20) without flying going crazy again.

I was in a bit of a pickle. I went with their school captain who was also hosting the post who also had her parents there. That basically struck me out with everyone :frowning:
