I’ve never had a gym hiatus before so i dont know how long it will take to gain weight back, im assuming this has set me back a month or so in terms of catching up to weight/ strength levels. Maybe more.

Both bench and squat felt extremely light, so I guess all the volume is doing its job. However, DL was much harder than I expected, even considering the fact it was last. I guess this could be down to lack of DL volume?
