I think you are mad trying to cut any more weight but that’s probably just me. Teens always think they are worse looking than they actually are.
So what’s the solution? Focus on things that are tangible and measurable… As in strength gains. Get stronger and more muscle mass and that slight pudge will be stretched over a big muscular body. But you can’t do that effectively in a deficit. Cut weight and get skinnier, you will just look… skinny IMO.
In all honesty, I’m not planning on spending forever in a deficit, most like 4-8 weeks because I just don’t feel overly confident with how I look, and that’s a problem
