Mythic land indeed. My best gym lifts (not on the same day) are a 740 total, not in my wildest dreams am I getting +260 from clean + press and snatch.
That’s a pretty cool goal though @kleinhound, if I don’t compete again might have to shoot for that one.

theoretical super on that basis is 930ish, so gaining 70kg across 5 lifts (after i get back to previous numbers) is a big ask, but a cool long term goal.
If you gain 35 kilos of bodyweight to boot it might be easier ;)))

Haha no, it was just supposed to be 5 sets of 8 of something heavy, I just did something so I could check it off and get a different accessory next workout. I thin until you do the prescribed accessory it won’t move down the list but fortunately it doesn’t accumulate.I should probably have gone heavier but didn’t want to wait for and set up a barbell.
