Current plan is
Squat: 210, 230, then 240
Bench: 155, 165 and then 170
Deadlift: 280, 300 then 307.5
Squat is my big uncertainty at the moment, pretty confident with attempt selection on bench and deadlift, but squat has just been feeling so shit recently
Will see how the opener moves and might have to lower my second to 220/225 with 230/235 as a third.

Ofcourse. I’m tempted to go 310 but I only need to beat 306 to get the British all tested federations DL record which just feels pretty cool. Need to beat 315 for the all feds tested and untested.
187 this morning, couldn’t set up a water load so doing full glycogen depletion again. Good thing I like eggs.
Expect I’ll wake up another couple of lbs lighter tomorrow, then lose a few more lbs during the day as I fast, pee and sweat.
