Pinky , what SSB did you get for your homegym? most places in UK sold out (i preferably want a Strengthshop one , as ive heard reviews that although some cheeper models looks the part , the way they are made doesnnt have the same feel or training benefits as the SS one!
I got mine at Mirafit. Feels as good as any SSB I’ve used in any of the gyms I’ve been to, with the typical offset.
Looking at the SS version I suspect this has more whip, but its not particularly whippy at the weights I’ve used it at (up to 200kg).
Overall I’m really pleased, especially given the price.

just made my purchase of the mirafit ssb as i rang SS and they said they where expecting 3-4 month wait on theirs. Ive already been waiting 2months. Just my luck they email me monday saying it back in.
But if the mirafit is good enough for you itll do for me as i wont be loading up 200kg anytime this year

Yes, I got somewhat roped into running an off-road coast marathon, in 11 weeks. So it’s in at the deep end for me to learn to run.

Knee pain, already. Not a good start.
Trial marathon is usually harder but an a road run. You deff don’t do things by half mate.
I couldn’t bring myself to do a road marathon, too boring, but Im definitely expecting it to be harder. Lots of hills, sections where you have to climb up / jump off small cliffs, and some sand running.
