My weight fluctuates. It’s low right now . . . probably because I’m not doing much. No way my thighs are smaller than yours. Go back and measure. I’m sure I have a good 2-3 inches on you.

Training highlight: five full pistol squats. Down all the way to the floor. And all the way back up. Very proud of these. I’ll video them next week.

pistol squats are rockstar. I can’t even do one, can’t wait to see the vid :slight_smile:

You are going to be suprised how your squat feels after doing these for reps. Just keep doing these when you get back to squating.

I think uni-lateral work is often forgotten about in powerlifting training and that is a mistake.

Pistols are awesome. I have never mastered them and they are pretty killer. You really are keeping up and surpassing during your recovery.
