They are usually pretty good at killing themselves.
Hmmm, well that would be disappointing if true. I will have to investigate it, as it wouldn’t be the first hit piece on her. And the kind of money mentioned wouldn’t explain it. Definitely not the person I met, who seemed really passionate, or maybe a terrific liar? I don’t know, it didn’t seem like a show. When I have some time, I will look into it further. It’s not like I exactly trust the MSM, Fox included.
We killed their god, how did you expect them to act? Of course they are freaking out. If this god can fall, none of their other gods are safe. This was Zeus.
Of course they take it all kinds of bizarre places, I wouldn’t expect anything less. Watching them lose their ever-loving fucking minds is hilarious to me.
I wish the right would just take the W, here. Yes, we have to protect against the fall out, but take the W with grace.
To be honest, I have no idea how Roe v. Wade became based in political ideology. It has nothing to do with economics or authoritarian/libertarian values yet we treat it like its right vs left.
This is one of those items that never should have been considered political.
Not condoning the attack, but let’s not forget that pro-lifers also attacked abortion clinics. There are extremes on both sides.
The rabbit hole the left slipped down, what they called perinatal death or abortion. In CA, they are creating a law, that basically instructs that any dead baby up to 7 days old is not worthy of an investigation. Allowing for mother’s to also kill their born babies, with no questions asked. That’s why they lost this one so badly.
Shit like that, turns even the most unconcerned moderates into “WTF is wrong with you?” type people.
Agree, but there’s a huge difference between attacking a place that kills babies, and attacking a place that is trying to stop you from killing babies.
Is there?
Attacking a place that “kills babies” by killing the people there doesn’t seem like pro-life.
I think that makes a lot more sense than what we have here. Here, it’s 20% of MY income. Her income is not considered. She could be making double what I make (not that she does), and it wouldn’t matter.
I lol’ed
I’m in the ‘triple digit’ category, for better or worse, and as you know, I’m also divorced. But I don’t think my divorce really had anything to do with that, and I was also faithful throughout my marriage. That being said… I’m probably rare in that regard. Also, my number went up quite a bit AFTER my divorce, so there’s that. I certainly hope that my next marriage works out better, lol. I’m well past the need to ‘sleep around’.
Much of politics is this. You’re right, it doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it is a thing that people have strong opinions on. And, more and more, strong opinions, political in nature or not, become absorbed into political parties.
How about nobody should be attacking anybody. It’s not good when either side does it and often counter productive.
I have had to swallow SCOTUS decisions I didn’t like and it never occurred to me to destroy anything or attack anyone.
This one just happens to go my way.
But rest assured the preponderance of the violence is coming from the left. That seems to be the new calling card.
“Don’t like something, loot, burn, kill and it doesn’t matter who gets hurt as long as our side wins.” Or the actual words of the left “By any means necessary.” ← Sure go ahead.
If they do succeed at making the law and the government irrelevant unless they control it, hold on to your ass for one hell of a fight.
This is such a tired trope. Sure, their are always extremists in any ideology. But the violence done by the left is unparalleled, especially in recent history.
How do you quantify this?
Shirley, you must be joking. I am not going to try dance between the rain drops, here. 2020 riots? 36 people dead (that we know of). Smash and grabs in LA and SF? Mass scale looting. Molotov cocktails, threatening judges, etc. Please do not come at me with some bullshit. The vast majority of violence and mayhem is coming from the left and that’s including the Jan 6 riot, comparatively tame say to taking over a section of a city and declaring an autonomous government in it. Driving cars through store windows, beating people who are just driving by.
Don’t try to pretend what the left has done in the last three years is anything equivalent to the furthest right whackos you can imagine in the same period. It’s not even close.
Excuse me? I asked a question, I didn’t present an argument. BUT
fuck off with this.
EDIT: I could be misreading this, although both of my interpretations are unfavorable. Are you saying that the Jan 6 thing was a ‘left thing’, or are you saying ‘Jan 6 doesn’t compare to anything that has come from the left (meaning your other examples)’. Just clarfiying
I wasn’t trying to pretend anything. I was literally just asking the question that I asked, I wondered how you quantified it. That’s it. Now I know.
Maybe the pro-life crowd should call themselves “pro-innocent life.” You’d have no trouble with that qualifier, would you?
I’ve never heard any sort of even semi rational argument that it isn’t human or isn’t a being. But I take it you don’t have one either.
A large number of people refusing to accept or refusing to acknowledge something, doesn’t mean it’s debatable. There are plenty of people out there who still think the earth is flat. And they make more rational arguments to boot.
I might. Not sure how “pro-innocent life” enables one to be judge and executioner.
Assuming you’re correct, that excuses all wrong doings from the right?
Observation I had recently, is the news I get exposed to is referring to the sides as pro-choice and anti-abortion.
