I just don’t want to be months down the road and realize I fucked up or missed something.
You don’t have to have 4 chicken breast per day, you can have beef, lamb, fish… as other choices if you would like.
How much canned tuna could someone eat without being in danger of mercury poisoning? Does canned salmon also have mercury? I’m curious because canned tuna and salmon is extremely cheap and I’m in college so I have a bit of a budget to follow.
Most canned salmon is wild from Alaska which means its one of the least contaminated foods you can get. I enjoy both pink and red although red is more expensive, the bones and skin are edible. Most people here will say that the amount of mercury in tuna isn’t in anyway harmful to ones health.

Really? Because everywhere else I have read has stated that 2 cans per week is the MAXIMUM one can consume without risking mercury poisoning.
Canned wild salmon is extremely safe and probably the least contaminated thing you can get your hands on. Canned Salmon: Take a Walk on the Wild Side : NPR I don’t like tuna but here is a tuna calculator EWG’s Consumer Guide to Seafood | Environmental Working Group
I did some calculations and I’m eating 2,450 calories a day (~290g protein, ~130g carbs, ~40g fat). Is this too much for a cut? The calculator thing on here by Berardi says I go through 3,200 a day.
Hey whats up – I’m no expert but it sounds like we’re in somewhat similar situations (i’m 18% BF, eating 2000 cal/day, 200g protein, 150g carbs, 50g fat) but what kind of cardio are you doing? I did an hour of steady state a day for 4 months and didn’t lose a pound. I found this helpful:

Also I found this article on carb cycling helpful:
I’ve actually lost 6.5lbs in the past 10 days.
I’ve just been jogging 2 miles 3 times a week along with doing weights 3 times a week.
