You will definitely not like my opinion.
You do have phenomenal genetics to have that 24" waist. Phenomenally bad genetics. For someone without excess abdominal fat, you probably have the worst abdominal genetics for bodybuilding that I have ever seen. Your “tiny” waist makes you look extremely weak.
If that is the case the pics don’t do you any justice. You are extremely lacking in dense muscle tissue. But on the plus side, you are young.
You didn’t post any leg pics, so that has me wondering.
If you aren’t already, start lifting some heavy weight and eating a sufficient and good clean diet.
Then why are you even considering using gear? Keep eating and lifting for a few more years and then consider running a cycle. Your also much too young at 19yo. Your not done developing yet. Why would you want to risk your body to maybe get a little bigger?
My suspicion by your is that you don’t know how to train/eat. Get that in check first. Get closer to your potential. This is not a race.
Mate, have you ever heard the phrase “Delusions of Grandure”?
I’m not going to judge you, your physique or motives, just gonna say whatever you choose to do, stay safe and please for the love of God Almighty take a deep breath and calm down before slandering the physiques of guys who are FAR better off physically than yourself and are just giving the honest advice you were after here.
It looks abnormal / non-human to me. Might be photoshop? The background items don’t seem right to me. Maybe I am wrong, but the floor trim seems warped? Could be uneven carpet. The punched out hole in the drywall doesn’t surprise me with how OP responds to others though.
To me the physique is boyish, not manly. Bragging about a 24" waist (that looks weird) with no muscle is like a 300 lb woman bragging about having a big ass. No one cares.
Double edged sword these threads. As much as everyone wants to persuade the OP he’s far too young start PEDs , if the OP is going to do it regardless the least people can do is try and make it as safe as possible for him.
However that goes out the window when you start throwing insults around lol
My 2 cents (not that you want it). Wait. At 18 you can still make so much progress naturally that you will keep. And you might meet a woman. That you like. And you want kids. That is the biggest point in this.
It’s also not just the physical risks, I went to college and played football with people that started using at 18/19. They got hooked - it’s as addictive as any drug. When I speak to them now 8 years later they are not the same person mentally, it’s sad to see. (Side not for any other readers, this is people who have abused PEDs)
Serious question… who are you preaching to? Nobody on here takes your insults seriously but you. You’re like a little yappy chihuahua barking at the big dogs. For real. Get your head right boy. Might as well head over to reddit for some crappy advice because you’ve burned yourself here.
The need to be lean for social media is what holds a lot of guys back from putting on decent size. Then they turn to AAS cos they think they can’t grow or hit their “natty limit”. They haven’t, they just refuse to eat or cover their abs up by a tiny amount of fat (that will come off quickly on a cut).
That was my first thought seeing that. I’m also not seeing great genetics or muscle maturity there, but I don’t like to judge guys based on that. I don’t think good genetics or maxing out is the only reason guys can take gear.
Anyway, the more I see of this kid the more I wonder where the LGD gains are at. If these are pics AFTER taking that, then what was the start?
It looks like we have lost our OP, but I thought I would give him a chance to look at bodybuilding from the perspective of someone with the opposite skeletal structure as he is.
His name is Ron Teufel and he was the 1975 Teenage Mr America. It was said by many that his abs were carved out of granite. He definitely have rather narrow shoulders compared to his waist. But look how he laid slabs of muscle on his frame.
