I don’t think he’s a Stalin. But I do think that narcissism is the dominant factor in his illness so psychopathy or NPD would seem to fit more closely. Especially when the other symptoms are taken into account. What concerns me is the fact that this undoubtably sick man has his finger on the big red button.
