Don’t really understand this but my estradiol seems high, my total test is high as well so maybe that’s the reason? Not sure why the Free test doesn’t have a number either. Currently on Test 400 and running sarms

Nope. If you have no symptoms then no need to treat it. Estrogen is healthy as long as you are not retaining too much water, high BP, anxiety, or issues with Mr. Happy. Rock on my friend as @hardartery said.

Your eGFR is a little low. How old are you? Are you of African descent? Taking any blood pressure meds or ibuprofen? If you are still young then I would suggest continuing to monitor that value. If it goes much lower you could be in trouble.
29 Pacific Islander and I recently started takin bp meds ibuprofen not so much
Everyone is different. Some have no symptoms at your level and some like myself start getting symptoms at any level over 50(I.e itchy puffy nipples, gyno and soft peter). If I had no symptoms I wouldn’t take anything for it.

TT is 1057ng/dl on 400mg test. Non HDL chol of 200+ is atrocious, probably in part due to SARM usage (of which will fuck you’re lipids up)
I’ll be cycling off everything here in a few weeks I’ll get more blood work and update
