I have just done my first shot of winny…well about 3hrs ago…my heart is beating rather fast…I stopped working out about an hour ago…is it normal for this to happen?

You could have cut into a vein and it could have etered into your curculation. Did you aspirate? I would not worry unless your winny is bunk.
Thanx for the help…I didn’t get any blood return when I drew back it was a clean injection I think I just had the first time jitters…Thanx for the replies.
