Has anyone tried this stuff? Normally I would scoff and think it was just a gimic (and I still sort of do) but they offer a money back gurantee - I always feel like if a company is that confident it MIGHT have merit.
I’m interested in the product mostly because the studies originally were done for muscle repair and rebuilding connective tissue and I have a tendon problem right now. I was thinking it might help…
I tried these little red bastards, worked out the way it was recommended(if you don’t normally try to induce total muscle failure, of course your body is going to respond to it) then returned them to the GNC store from whence they came after using for a few weeks.(gotta love the full refund) Even if the green tomato extract did have some effect, the tablets are tiny.
Oh, and you have to chew them and they taste horrible. Imagine an aspirin made out of sun-dried tomatoes. I’m pretty sure the idea that Endothil is made from a “special strain” of green tomato is total BS as well.

Ha, yeah, that was my idea - try it and return it. The thing is - do you have to train to failure to make it work? I like doing total body workouts, so no one part gets beaten up…

Yep, essentially you ARE supposed to “beat up” the body part. One side at a time, to total failure. Supposedly the “endothilic growth factor” is used medically for people with extreme muscle damage. Also, I basically got a refund for everything because the clerk failed to realize I consumed more than half the package(I had stupidly bought TWO boxes, one of which was returned unopened) The Endothil does contain b complex vitamins, which is always a good thing to have. That might create a placebo effect in some people, thinking they’re feeling more than they are.
Ive took 2 cycles of endothil. Most people don’t train right for this supp to be effective but if you do destroy every muscle during ur workouts ull def get some nice gains. I got strong as shit after 2 months on it, only thing is its hard to sleep at night and you get accelerated heart rate sometimes.
Id stick with some Biotest stuff if you want some nice gains. Carbolin 19 has been tits so far, shit gives ya nice pumps and solid, but gradual gains.
