You misunderstood the intent behind my question. I tend to ask open-ended questions to the people I teach/train to provoke thought, not to be condescending. Without context/facial expressions/tone, please do not immediately assume that someone is being condescending.
Instead of getting offended and writing a response to me, you could have spent that time to research the answer. Instead of being spoon-fed answers, take the time to do your own research. Most (if not all) of your questions could be answered by reading. With all of the serious health problems that you have, that is- in my opinion- the best thing you can do.
