No, it won’t be like a mild steroid cycle. It will be more like lifting when you were 18, but with more knowledge and experience.
I might just stay on 150 but I go to Walgreens and they give me 200 mg vials they don’t split them up so I have to split them up and only take out 150 and use two vials each time.
Very annoying. Use a different pharmacy. Surely someone still sells the larger vials?
Yeah I need to call around, but the urologist wrote it for 12 weeks with 1 refill, and they have the script for the refill. Wonder if I can take back the script and take it elsewhere? When it’s time to refill.
I read this eight times and still have no idea what it means.
Why? Use up one vial, 150mg first shot, probably 90mg more next shot (if they’re overfilled like my 1mL vials are), then add 60mg from a fresh vial. Use it all man.
It’s easy math and not difficult to understand the first time I used 150 out of 1 vial that has 200, that leaves 50, so the 2nd time I had to use 50 + 100 from a new one. That leaves 100 etc… etc… I have to use two different vials each time. No mine are not overflowed they only have 200.
“then add 60mg from a fresh vial”
That’s exactly my point I have to use two different vials.
enackers seemed to have no problem understanding what I said. It’s not the end of the world but annoying.
He’s clearly smarter than I am lol
It’s confusing because 1ml vials are not terribly common. 1ml ampules are very common, but not in the US.
You don’t necessarily have to lift weights or even be active to gain muscle on TRT. Not for me anyway. Muscle gains are one aspect of TRT that worked for me from the get go and never stopped. No idea why, TRT has been more trouble for me than it’s worth in like all other areas, hence why I showed up here asking for help from guys that know.
I didn’t work out, never belonged to a gym in my life, generally fairly lazy with a shitty diet. I started T because I had a TT of 150 ng/dl and was tired all the time with sore joints for years plus some anxiety. Always been hellish skinny since birth, super fast metabolism, never gained weight properly. Was 6,1" and weighed 135 until I was like 34. Started TRT and gained 17 lbs in 6 weeks. Still gaining muscle mass a year later, again doing fuck all. Stronger than I’ve ever been in my life by far, and at a normal weight for my height. I still don’t work out and I still eat like shit, but I’m not lazy or tired anymore and the joints feel great. I’ve put on 30 lbs of what I can only think is lean muscle, as I generally look staggering better and don’t get tired easily.
Most people think I’m in the gym hard, but I cheated like crazy as it’s 100% the roids.
I can speak from experience that doesn’t happen to everybody. I’m busting my ass lifting heavy deadlifts squats and bench press and I’ve gained some muscle but not close to 17 lbs worth. You should consider yourself lucky.
Although it’s only been 4 months for me but I’m not expecting huge muscle gains in the summer but if they come I’ll take them. But I also have health problems that could negatively effect muscle gain.
Hard to believe you’re not getting more out of trt…
For what it’s worth, up until going private all I ever got was 1ml vials. Never seen a ampule in real life and hope i never do lol I’m not getting 5ml vials, so still in a weird spot ![]()
The ‘trouble’ I get from it are all listed side effects of the dope that I never had prior to TRT. My unchanged shitty diet and lack of lifting weight is unlikely to be responsible for the fuck ton of acne I got like 2 weeks after getting on T. Or the numb dick, or the weird cumless orgasms, mad hair shedding, the random ED, insane night sweats, etc. All stuff guys on here who are apex predators get too.
I’m simply stating one benefit I get that came as a surprise was pretty drastic muscle development without any effort beyond coping with the sides.
Gains obviously aren’t why I’m on, ain’t that always the way. But I try not to take it for granted. Nice to fill out the arms on a TShirt finally.
I suspect a large portion of my development was that I was severely under developed when I started.
You don’t find it just a little strange that you got nearly every single side effect from what is functionally a bio identical hormone while others get absolutely zero side effects? That kind of outlier response doesn’t spark your curiosity just the tiniest bit?
Diet is everything. I will repeat that because it seems to not penetrate as deeply when it’s only said once. Diet. Is. Everything. You cannot change your genetics. You for the most part cannot change your environment. About the only thing you can do for your body on a daily basis is move it and fuel it. Everything else is out of your hands.
Sure your not taking Tren?? LOL
I suspect a large portion of my development was that I was severely under developed when I started.
I think you are right.
While I am open to trying lots of options, my sides resolve upon stopping TRT, and return once back on. Simple as that.
Now, if we are thinking a proper diet will lessen or reduce my sides once on the gear, that’s a different animal, and I’m open to that. I would agree entirely that diet is crucial for resolution of some side effects, but I’ve been following so many of you guys here experiencing the same weird shit as me that are also specimens of healthy living. I do agree I could probably sort out the acne with it.
I should also point out that I tend to get the rarer side effects of most medications. I just do. I can’t even take a robaxacet without it making me puke half the time, and that’s way down the list.
If I took a Viagra (never have), I’d be the guy with the 7 hour boner.
