I near the end of my pct at the moment. I did a small cut starting in late february when I was about 218 lbs. Got rid of some bloat and extra bf accumulated from the winter bulk.
Calories are somewhere around 3,500 at the moment. Not channging them or anything else for that matter at the moment for the sake of truly testing the GW without any other contributing variables being thrown in the mix.
I am currently taking nolva, trib, DAA, creatine monohydrate, igf-des (only have like 3 days left of it), and some vitamins.
Just took my first does of GW-501516 about 20 minutes ago, 10 mg. Tasted like shit of course.
The plan is to simply run 10mg/day for the 30 days.
As always I am nervous as shit about putting something new into my body and am quite honestly freaking myself out lol…
Anyway, I’ll keep this log of it’s effects for those that are interested.
Had a pretty awesome chest workout. Felt slightly less winded between each set…enough so that I started triple setting exercises at the end (chest, tris, abs).
Definitely got a pretty nasty headache about half way through the workout. The kind of headache when you are slighty hypo…
Also, and this is most likely coincidental, but the impingement in my left shoulder flared up about 3/4 of the way through my workout today. Hasn’t bother me in quite a while…but today it was making it so that my left tricep was burning out much sooner than my right, as well as some numbness and tingling in my wrist and hand.

On that headache, always exhale on the hardest part of the lift. Used to get the occasional horrific headache until I learned proper breathing on heavy lifts. You don’t want to give yourself a stroke.
I want to hear you can go an extra three or four sets of dead lifts without tiring. Make sure you have plenty of complex carbs in your system so you don’t run out of fuel.
P.S. How many doses/days do you figure you have for the money?

Yea I’m usually pretty cautious about my breathing man.
Did legs today…pretty solid workout, but I was feeling kinda blahhh today.
Headache again halfway through the workout. I’ll give it a few more days but if the headaches don’t subside ill have to bail of the GW…
As far as carbs go…I usually get about 60 g roughly 1.5 hours before lifting from either brown rice, sweet potatoes, or occasionally wheat pasta. Post workout I get about 45-60 complex carbs in my shake.
I should have 30 days at 10 mg/ day.

I actually ran out of the DES yesterday. As far as benefits…its hard to tell you know? Maybe I leaned out a tad from it…but at the same time you know I was pissing out all that bloat from coming off cycle and being in PCT. Also, I was taking a pretty moderate dose (40 mcg before lifting).
