Front squats worked up to 315x3 paused on pins. Pins were parallel.
Funky gym sled (dip bar with aerobic step box and 90 lbs of plates added) push on carpet. 3 runs low bar. Will steadily increase these as my conditioning improves.
Close grip Bench: 255x2,2,2,2,6.
Hammer pulldown machine 2 plates x15 5 sets
Preacher curl some weightx15 5 sets
Very slowly ramping up everything and trying to get back in the groove. My conditioning is horrible right now as well for me.
I am starting to experience extremely high SVT’s (Supra-Ventricular-Contractions) I had an episode where I was from 216-234 BPM for almost 9 minutes. That was over summer(June 24) and I had some mild ones since but that seemed to really make my Heart sore(just started to feel better in October) and me very timid to push myself. I am starting the recovery road back. I also tore my Heel Planar Fasciitis on my right foot in late September as well . So that squat Yesterday was the first time I went over 205 in 2 months.
I went through a lot of testing this past summer/fall to see if the Dr.'s can basically re-map some of my veins going to my Heart and get an Ablation done or add an additional lead for my Pacemaker.
Sorry for being jumbled I am doing this log to put my thoughts down and to make myself accountable to myself. As well as to talk to the great people in this forum.

Always enjoyed your posts…you move big iron, you condition yourself like a Spartan and you have been through so much and just keep pushing back…really inspiring…
Notes: I like the Cowboy Deadlifts . Feel good and these will be and a great supplemental exercise or used for speed work for me. I do not like to grind on any sort of pull (due to multiple back injuries) and this was fun to stand up quick with.
More Notes: My conditioning sucks and I will improve it.
My foot is better and my Heart seems to be ok .
Chest Supported Row- Worked up to 3 plates an 2 10’s going slow and squeezing and holding top of movement for sets of 8.
Then a set of 2 plates +10 for a set of 15
1-arm hammer strength pulldowns 2 plates a side 5x10 - stretch, squeeze - contract. all slow tempo
Preacher curls(hammer) 4x12
Reverse curls 40lbs 2x35 reps.
Would normally be using free weights but my back was having none of it so all was seated except the reverse curls. Well at least I am training around existing injuries and trying to move forward.
Am: No go on mobility work- hurt to much to start.
I am in Atrial Fibrillation as of 8:53 last night. I have seen the heart -rate as high as 217 while at complete rest and I am really tired with dizziness.
I have been put on some Meds to see if I convert back to normal rhythm, if I do not I will go in next week to get Cardio-Converted.
