Ionized or Alkalized Water

Do you think water ionizers are worth the money or just BS? Anyone have one? Do you think I can get the same effects with the Superfood Supp and a greens sup? Thanks for the help

Really, no one commenting on this? If it works the way it says it will it is supposed to increase your absorption rates by more than 50%. Has anyone looked into this at all?

Please for the love of GOD does has anyone else even heard of this?

I’ve heard of it. But I think you are probably better off spending your money on…well…anything other than ionized water.

I am interested in this as well. I have only looked at one water system (http://www.kangenwaterusa.com/Homepage.html) which runs about $1-3K. I can see where the benefits can come into play because of how acidic we tend to be and this would be a very easy way at alkalinizing our body which i am sure we all could benefit from.

I remember reading that its antioxidant rating surpasses that of any food on the planet. Their are other benefits listed check the site above but, obviously these companies are out to make money thus, their marketing is very appealing.

It is nonsense.

Don’t be so hard on yourself and tell me you didn’t pay for anything.

Definitely not yet, but I figured someone here had a better idea than I did–Did buy the magic bullet though-and that thing is awesome

Well firstly they do purify the water well, much better than a filter does on a jug for example; compared to bottled water, they are also good value in the long-term (filters last ages).

When it comes to the anti-oxidant ORP levels, again I think you will find evidience that this is also true. Then for the pH, they do chancge the pH of the water. However, the fastest way to change your pH more alkaline is with bicarbonate of soda in my experience.

I do NOT think one will find evidence that, in vivo (in a living body) drinking ionized water shows any antioxidant value whatsoever. The claim is not credible.
