Fellas. Getting back in the game of monitoring everything very closely so sorry about the threads on different subject matters.
One thing I know for sure is my E2 crashed. Discovered that last trip to doc and am taking care of that.
My body temps never get over 98. The highest they have really ever been since I started checking was 97.8 or somewhere around there and I am often in the 96.5 area throughout most of the day. Hands get cold AF all the time.
I’m going to try very small doses of iodine drops along with selenium and see if I can feel any positive effects. I’m just curious for those of you that have tried iodine supplementation, how long did it take for you to notice higher body temps? Thank you.
