What you need is a LONG cut/recomp until youre at level most people wouldn’t consider you fat, at least above the typical walmart denizen.

Just get on a TRT dose, fuck it even a generous one of 300-400mg, and your pic of GLP1 to ensure you maintain a 1k calorie daily deficit. Have an AI on hand for ur inevitable e2 sides cuz of the fat. Take an Anadrol or Var occasionally pre workout if u really wanna “feel” something for a workout. Blasting heavy while giga obese is asking for health issues and high aromatase expression

Gey yalk. These messages take a long time to get approved. Upon researching your guys advice and response to my current fat situation. I decided to turn this into a cut cycle.

I believe with my workouts and daily activity I should be around 2400 calories a day. 200 grams of protein. Does that sound reasonable for 15 pounds fat losses before shirts off in 12 weeks?

Thanks man. I guess My higher power was keeping me here for something. I have been helping people a lot more in my daily life. May i was saved to help someone. Idk. But yeh they had me on max dilaud3d and oxy. But 2 days after waking up. I told the I was an addict and didn’t want the opiates. And I honestly didn’t even notice a difference in the pain when they took me off them. It still hurt like he’ll. But those opiates weren’t doing anything with my tolerances. Really scared my mom with that accident.

But yes I can be tough, I just need to stay focused on whsy I think are positive things. Like bodybuilding. So thanks for any feedback. I think I need to lose some weight before I try to get big. I guess I’m fatter than I realized…. Sucks.

I didn’t realize I was that fat. Thanks for your bluntness and honesty. Doesn’t feel great. But your being honest. I will cut down to deficit once the superdrol runs out in 4days. (I wouldn’t be able to run anavaar for awhile because of finances. Same with the weight loss drug. Spent my last check that wasn’t for bills on ethanate and some arimidex. Already had the superdrol.

Your not exaggerating? I really need to be that low on calories? Wouldn’t they cause a lot of muscle loss. I think I could do it. I know I could. With the Adderall as appetite suppressant I have to take anyways. I’ve really been force feeding to get to 4000 calories. So I think a deficit would be easier for me with the Adderall im prescribed.

So what should my macros look like at 1000 calories? We’re both talking about the best strategy to lose fat and not muscle right?

Don’t over complicate things.
Start with something like this.

200 grams of protein.
500 grams of carbs.

Super lean protein, chicken breast, fish, whey protein.
Clean carbs rice multiple times per day.

Do not track fat, it’s not needed on this plan.
Supplement, with 8 grams omega 3 and 6.

No alcohol and no cheating. You should be losing about one half to one percent scale weight per week.

Steps are your friend. No less than 8k per day.

Got it. I’ll start eating better then I am and try to keep the calories below 2500. Is that right 4x200=800 4 x500= 2000. So less than 2800 then? And I will try to get more steps in. my job is starting soon and I’ll be on my feet much more often.

Okay thanks. I’m getting a lot of lower back pain. Feels like I always just worked out dead lifts even on leg day or something. I stopped the Superdrol. I’m trying to eat two bananas a day. What else can I do to ease this back pump discomfort?

Extra water and especially Taurine at 5 grams per day.
