Intro and Estradiol Question

@systemlord

Don’t talk down to me you lard ass. You don’t know me, you condescending tub.

Half the crap you post on here is inaccurate and/or changes by the month.

From now on, don’t tag me. I don’t like you.

Don’t post on a public forum if you don’t want feedback. It’s that simple.

And the feed back I’m giving you is quite applicable. You could have tried alternative methods. Now you state you did. Great.

As for your new best bud systemlord, read up on him on this site or excel male. He’s a physical mess of a being whose own anecdotal experience is skewed by his incredibly poor health and obesity.

As for me, I have been bodybuilding 30+ years and can guarantee to you absolutely that I spend more time in this field than you. You’re not the only older man whose dedicated a ton of time to his and others’ health. You’re nothing special.

Oh. And my “daily routine” built this physique. With sub 800 TT. Again, you’re not special. And neither am I.

Not at all. Plus, given your higher SHBG, more of it will be bound anyway.

More to that than TRT, genetics and a lot of discipline and hard work. Congrats.

You mentioned something about acting like an adult, try practicing what you preach.

I have been firm and civil with you. If you don’t want to be talked down to, try to assimilate what you read here.

My stance on the matter is backed up by medical science which trumps your opinion which is based off the inability to comprehend what’s posted here.

That’s what we call deflecting attention away from your post. Let’s look at systemlord and devert attention away from me.

What did i tell you fatty?

I told
You not to tag me.

You wanna talk down and act like a disrespectful asshole over and over, I’m game.

Is that supposed to impress me… or you ? U guys crack me up.

Not trying to impress anymore than this.

If your FT is at the top 25 percentile or not hovering near the bottom of the ranges, not a good or accurate comparison.

As for the fatty comment, a lot of assumptions on your part. I’m 33" waistline, 210 lbs 6 ft.

Enough of this, I’m out.

Hey dude sorry for asking a somewhat off topic question, your feedback here is always appreciated and I hope you don’t feel used for free info, but have you ever seen libido/ED issues resolved after a sort of extreme bodybuilding lifestyle was dropped. Not even talking about gear but more of cutting and dieting trying to maintain a super lean physique year round? Like your patients on TRT, did this ever come up?

No, I have not. I cannot think of anyone who would attempt to maintain anything that extreme, not saying some have not, just that I did not hear about it. Some may do a short peak, but it’s not for long.

Impressive physique.

You did this natty?

Thanks. Yes.

Honestly I haven’t been impressed with trt in terms of muscle building.

I spend way way too much time in the gym and w diet. Bf is key for looking fit.

Any guy with a half decent physique will tell you that consistency and time is key. Prior to starting trt my dr actually gave me a whole slew of anabolic steroid tests as he didn’t quite believe I was natty etc.

That doesn’t surprise me, given your physique… you’ve got to have some stellar genetics to get like this naturally.

I’ve certainly noticed this as well… muscle covered by fat is not attractive, but being lean with that same amount of muscle is an entirely different story.

Agree wholeheartedly. (Consistency+Effort)^Time = Results. Too many people underestimate the time factor for sure.

Anyways, apologies for the derail - was busy checking you out (no homo).

P.S - you should make these your prof pic so you’re more than a letter with an attitude lol.

Apparently someone found this comment offensive, which I find to be quite interesting.

Consistency and time is definitely correct.

You also learn your body of the course of years and how it responds to training and different diets.

Body fat is tricky. When younger men ask me questions, and I tell them i’m usually low carb low cal, they don’t understand how i gained the muscle. Well as a beginner, you have to get fat, so to speak cause that surplus of cals will hopefully build muscle. Build a great base. Then, later in life, strip it off.

Trust me, my parents are twigs. My legs and calves have been the trickiest, but i hit them multiple times a week, especially calves.

@systemlord

Apologies for the name calling.
I was pissed about your tone and lack of tact, in my opinion.

It’s ok to disagree with someone, but lets just please be polite. We all can probably do better.

Same here, I’m sorry for coming across as a hardass and I could have worded it better.

Next time I will accept your opinion even if we disagree.

This is why I asked highpull that question. I didn’t mean in terms of going 4% body fat or anything, but more of your physique and the amount of work you have to put in. I am guessing it has to be taking some toll on libido/erections. Unless maybe you are a genetic freak.

I remember a long time ago I did an extremely low calorie diet for way too long and can’t seem to recover even years later. By that I mean my metabolism and enjoying big meals as well.

I got the gist of what you were asking actually, and have wondered the same. Funny thing is is that i’ve also been much higher bf before, and still lacked the libido.

The whole libido thing is quite a mystery for a lot of us on TRT. I think the consensus i’ve seen over the years reading over these threads is that if you had libido prior to TRT, TRT seems to make it better. At least in most cases.

For those who didn’t have it much prior, like me, TRT has only made it worse. It’s definitely the last piece. And it’s impact on one’s life, at least mine, is huge. I’ve almost gotten to the point that i’ve accepted just being single without sex. I’m only 44 too. It’s honestly hell hoping the dumb PDE5 works and the stress and psychological ED that then results off the physiological ED. Nitemare.

Sometimes I think about how easy women have it: just lay back and open your legs. No worry about anything.
