5-htp is something I use for sleep and combined with melatonin and zma works pretty good.
50mg 5htp
3mg melatonin
*whatever the zma dose is
I’ve also added GABA to see if it did anything but didn’t notice much out of GABA until I hit the 2g mark…had shortness of breath and trouble breathing so I wouldn’t recommend that. lol

I am personally pretty fond of gaba at around 1.5 grams with some melatonin and 5htp. Did wonders for me.[/quote]
I’d second this. If you ever chose to experiement with GABA, going upwards of 2.5-4g in one instance can give some pretty scary results. I hit just above 3g and thought I was going to hyperventilate and pass out.
I was afraid to lay down and go to sleep for fear of not waking up. lol I dropped down to 2g and still had similar effects. Down to 750mg-1g and it seems to work far better.
*when I was messing with high doses I wasn’t taking the other two.
I drunk a bottle of DXM once… didnt do owt… went to sleep and then woke up at 4am tripping my tits off… it had all the negative sides of acid and none of the good stuff (of which there is very little in acid IMO)…
FYI…

ahh,you just mentioned a rec game we used to play as a kid.
ahhhhh the memories, and some the lack there of.
I do wake up real groggy the next day after taking it butr atleast I get to sleep.
I just had to take it about 3 nights ago.just make sure you dont have an early morning
Antidepressants used as sleep aids
Trazodone
Amitriptyline
Doxepin
Seroquel
Rozerem
I would again recommend Lunesta or Ambien because these do not effect the Circadian Rhythm. Which is basicly our time clock while we sleep. Which it is very important not to tamper with your natural rhythm. For ex some sleeping aids decrease delta sleep and REM sleep. These stages of sleep release the Growth Hormone. So again thats why I would recommend Lunesta and Ambien. Although im currently taken 75mg of Tren ED and Im just taking Melatone 5mg. Seems to be working fine except for the weirds dreams ive every had. well hope this maybe helps someone.
If only there were a Biotest supplement geared toward quality sleep…OH WAIT ther is seriously, try the Z12 i seriously think you will be quite pleased. I don’t think i even knew how it felt to be rested before i tried the stuff, many many years of horrible sleep that left me depressed, and next to worthless in the office.
Z12 is amazing stuff IMO!! Reading the thread, some people warn about withdrawal symptoms, so I never take Z12 more than 2 times a week, on non-consecutive days. You can use melatonin on other days. And BTW I use all this only if necessary.
For sleep or anything else, don’t go for the overkill stuff right off the bat!
I knew a guy who downed a complete bottle of cough syrup. He slept at around midnight, and woke up at noon… 36 hours later! DONT try this at home kids

Isnt restoril Temazepap though? shit… you’d struggle to get a script for that… may as well go in and either ask for Jellies or for Seconal!
lol
As for lunesta and those non-addictive sleep meds… my inlaws take those… and JUST like benzos (used in sensible dosages) they are not only difficult to discontinue as talking any type of pill is habit building when it is to achieve one SPECIFIC benefit - like sleep, but when they have their pill a little early, and are drunk… they suddenly begin to make NO SENSE at all! Slurring heavily and rambling about obscure things (anyone who has seriously abused benzos will know this to be a side effect - somewhat desireable for some psychos… ;p i digress)
Anyway, i know that in the states prescription drugs are readliy advertised on the television, and it is law that potential sides need to be advertised too… but they are marketed as “the non-narcotic sleep medication - no1 in America” or some such crap.
Not the case IME…
As for the Biotest Z stuff… what is in that please? is it just ZMA as i suspected?? ta!
No, its not ZMA Actually ZMA while it does help me sleep seems to leave me a little groggy in teh morning. The most amazing part of the Z12 is how deep i sleep combined with an almost strange alertness and refreshed feeling in the morning. I guess its becuase i had actually forgotten what it was like to sleep well.
