is sustanon a good first course , how many a week and how long for
I think you will find that the majority of people on here are not big fans of SUS, and would reccomend a single ester test for first course.
Also it would be handy if you told us your Age, stats, goals etc…

The debate about Sustanon has been argued over and over. IMO its just not worth the high price and more frequent injections are a hassle for a first cycle.
